You'll probably think I am mad, but I have actually walked today for the first time in about 6 months!! I managed to make it from the bedroom to the office and was so chuffed I did a small dance!!

Jean That is absolutely wonderful.  Small things achieved when you have RA are like you have reached the top of a mountain. Now don't go out dancing in the snow. Let's hope you feel a little stronger every day. Take care Jackie xx

Managed a step up and then down again this morning - wow - what is going on here?!
I'm getting the pole out in a few mins and practising with the sledge. As for the conga - well, you and I are the experts, aren't we Jen?
